Delivered to Your Door

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods (Christmas, public holidays, or promotions), shipping may take a little longer.

You will receive an **email confirmation** once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method

We use Aramex or another trusted courier to deliver your order.

Once your parcel leaves Gasparo, the courier is responsible for delivery.
Gasparo is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
Regional NSW: 3–7 business days
Interstate: 3–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.

 4. Delivery Responsibility

The courier decides how the parcel is delivered. This may include:

Leaving it in a safe place
Requiring a signature
Attempting redelivery

If tracking shows Delivered, this is considered proof of delivery.

Gasparo is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

 5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If the address is wrong or incomplete:

Orders cannot be refunded or replaced
You must contact the courier to redirect the parcel
Any extra fees are your responsibility

6. Failed Delivery

If your parcel is returned due to:

Wrong address
No one available for delivery
Multiple failed attempts

You will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact Gasparo within 48 hours.

Include clear photos of:

The outer box
The inner packaging
The damaged items

Late claims may not be accepted.

8. Lost Parcels

If tracking shows Delivered, Gasparo is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If the parcel is lost in transit before delivery, Gasparo will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

9. Proof of Delivery

Couriers may provide:

Tracking status
GPS confirmation
Delivery photos

All are considered valid proof of delivery.
