If a genuine fault is confirmed, Gasparo may provide a prepaid shipping label.

Fault confirmed: Replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.
No fault found: No replacement or refund.
Damage after delivery due to misuse: Not eligible.
Change of mind: Not eligible for food items.

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives incomplete, damaged, or tampered with, notify Gasparo within 48 hours** of delivery and provide photos.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders delivered to the address provided cannot be refunded or replaced.
